- Cocktail glass
- 60 ml The Alpinist Rare Blend Premium Rum
- 20 ml fresh lime juice
- 10 ml blue curaçao
- 25 ml banana syrup (We used Giffard Banana Syrup 100cl)
- 1 dash of angostura bitters and lime bitters
- To garnish: half of a banana or just a small slice of it!
First, chill your glass with ice or in the freezer. Add ice and all the ingredients to your shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. Remove the ice in your glass and strain your mixture into it. Garnish with a small slice of banana, or if you'd like to go a bit crazy with your garnishment, use half a banana as we did.
