Golden yellow in colour, delicate and light-footed in the glass. The aroma of an exotic fruit basket, a real treat in the nose. Enveloped by a distinctive wood spice and a light nuttiness.

You will find traces of exotic fruits and dried fruits in the nose. From the maturation process, it retains a woody spiciness and lots of fruit on the palate: Rum sultanas, rum pot with pineapple and a hint of coconut. The finish is soft and ends in dominating humidity.

Beyond Barrel Rum Jamaika 12 years

An old golden sunset unfolds in the glass and fully ripe fruit in the nose – with a hint of forest honey. A delicate spice that lingers on.

The rum has a fruity sweetness and intense banana notes. Besides vanilla, you will find sweet spices, some liquorice and also leather within. On the palate, a typical Jamaican rum with estery notes reminiscent of rum sultanas and chocolate banana. Warm and comforting on the finish.

Our Dominican is showcased in a light mahogany brown and unfolds a classic Spanish aroma with with strong wood spice and soft vanilla notes.

Discreet molasses aromas are framed by powerful wood spice and the sweet hint of prunes, sultanas and dark chocolate. The Dominican rum holds vanilla and caramel, sweet spices and cocoa. Creamy on the palate, full-bodied and long on the finish.

A golden shimmer with reddish accents. Light and fruity in the nose with a hint of cedar. Powerful on the palate, with a sweet, spicy finish.

The Belize Rum has a fruity, slightly floral bouquet that also includes cedar wood and the strong aromas of nut nougat and butter caramel. The palate is clearly dominated by the maturation aromas of the wood and hints of fruity banana. The finish is round, with sweet, spicy notes.

Beyond Barrel Rum Don Pancho 15 years

The amber-coloured rum is spicy on the nose and decidedly round and smooth on the palate. Spicy wood notes meet sweet dried fruit and vanilla.

This 15-year-old Panamanian shows matured molasses rum aromas, which are surrounded by a strong wood spice, Brazil nuts and almonds. With the fine sweetness of dried apricots, mango and prunes. Mixed in are butter caramel, but also shortcrust pastry and vanilla crescents, a hint of candy floss and a dash of coconut.

A typical amber sparkle with an intense spiciness. Dark aromas, subtle smoke and selected fruit notes for complexity.

After 21 years of maturation in wooden barrels, heavy wood aromas, tree nuts and tobacco unfold. In the background, you get the subtle hint of smoked dried meat. Burnt sugar, dark molasses and dark chocolate in the nose. Vanilla, banana and cocoa on the palate, followed by pineapple. The finish is powerful and strong.

Beyond Barrel Rum Don Pancho 30 years

After 30 years of maturation in Panama, the rum boasts a rich mahogany brown colour and a complex fragrance. In its aromas lie the heaviness of wood and the lightness of sweet fruit.

At the first sip, you notice the shy molasses and caramel aromas. Then the walnuts and pecans, warm chocolate, prunes, dates and banana chips announce themselves. Next, a hint of tobacco, chestnuts and roasted almonds are mingled in. Each sip is crowned by a long, warming finish.
