The amber-coloured rum is spicy on the nose and decidedly round and smooth on the palate. Spicy wood notes meet sweet dried fruit and vanilla.
This 15-year-old Panamanian shows matured molasses rum aromas, which are surrounded by a strong wood spice, Brazil nuts and almonds. With the fine sweetness of dried apricots, mango and prunes. Mixed in are butter caramel, but also shortcrust pastry and vanilla crescents, a hint of candy floss and a dash of coconut.
