After 21 years of maturation in wooden barrels, heavy wood aromas, tree nuts and tobacco unfold. In the background, you get the subtle hint of smoked dried meat. Burnt sugar, dark molasses and dark chocolate in the nose. Vanilla, banana and cocoa on the palate, followed by pineapple. The finish is powerful and strong.

Panama Las Cabras Distillery
Don Pancho Fernández is considered a living legend within the rum industry. He has been master blender at the Las Cabras distillery for over 30 years, which he rejuvenated in the 1990s with his long-time friend and business partner Carlos Esquivel. This 21-year-old rum is made for rum connoisseurs: Each layer unfolds new aromas.
