After 30 years of maturation in Panama, the rum boasts a rich mahogany brown colour and a complex fragrance. In its aromas lie the heaviness of wood and the lightness of sweet fruit.
At the first sip, you notice the shy molasses and caramel aromas. Then the walnuts and pecans, warm chocolate, prunes, dates and banana chips announce themselves. Next, a hint of tobacco, chestnuts and roasted almonds are mingled in. Each sip is crowned by a long, warming finish.

Panama Las Cabras Distillery
Don Pancho Fernández is considered a living legend within the rum industry. He has been master blender at the Las Cabras distillery for over 30 years, which he rejuvenated in the 1990s with his long-time friend and business partner Carlos Esquivel. This 30-year-old rum showcases the typical complexity and maturity of the Caribbean spirit.
