Make sure to stick to the 3 to 1 ration for the honey syrup and only lightly muddle the mint leaves. If you muddle them too hard, all you do is turn them into a bitter grassy paste that will make your drink taste a lot worse.
Add 6 mint leaves, honey syrup, lime juice, and one brown sugar cube in your shaker. Take your muddler and lightly press the sugar cube, and the mint leaves a few times. Add the vodka and a little bit of crushed ice to your shaker and shake it for about 5 seconds. Dump the mixture in your glass and top it off with crushed ice. Last but not least, add 4 dashes of angostura bitters and garnish with a mint sprig. Pro tip: slap the mint spring on your hands a few times to release the aromatic oils.
Combine honey and hot water in a medium bowl. Stir with a spatula to dissolve honey completely. Transfer to glass bottle and reserve in refrigerator.

Add the lime juice, rose syrup and gin to the glass. Top with tonic water and garnish with fresh lavender.
Sophisticated, nuanced, and a mark of good taste, those who prefer a Negroni tend to be the classiest people in the room.
