Orders will only be delivered after complete receipt of payment (exception: delivery against invoice) and if the goods are available. If, after conclusion of the contract, it turns out that the ordered goods cannot be delivered or cannot be delivered in full, The Alpinist is entitled to withdraw from the entire contract or from a part of the contract. If the payment of the customer has already been received by The Alpinist, the payment will be refunded to the customer.
