- Cocktail glass
- 45 ml The Alpinist Swiss Premium Dry Gin
- 30 ml fresh lime juice
- 30 ml 1:1 simple syrup (recipe below)
- 30 ml coconut milk
- 5 ml Vanilla Extract (We used Madagascar Bourbon Pure Vanilla Extract)
- To garnish: Dried pineapple or lime wedge (or anything you want, be adventurous 😉)
Add ice and all the ingredients to your shaker and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds. If you have not done so already, fill your glass with ice cubes up to the edge. Strain your mixture over the ice cubes. Garnish with dried pineapple or lime wedge.
Recipe for Simple Syrup
- 125 g sugar
- 125 ml hot water
Combine sugar and water in a medium bowl. Stir with a spatula to dissolve sugar completely. Transfer to glass bottle and reserve in refrigerator.
