- Cocktail glass
- 50 ml The Alpinist Swiss Premium Dry Gin
- 15 ml Crème de Mûres (we used Giffard Crème de Mûres 70cl)
- 20 ml Amaretto
- 30 ml 1:1 simple syrup (recipe below)
- 10 ml fresh lime juice
- 80 ml Pineapple juice
- To garnish: 3 fresh blackberry’s
Add ice and all the ingredients to your shaker and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds. Make sure that you shake long enough to get sufficient foam. If you have not done so already, fill your glass with ice cubes up to the edge. Strain your mixture over the ice cubes. Garnish with fresh blackberry’s.
Recipe for Simple Syrup
- 125 g sugar
- 125 ml hot water
Combine sugar and water in a medium bowl. Stir with a spatula to dissolve sugar completely. Transfer to glass bottle and reserve in refrigerator.
